Dr. Jake Boyle is the owner and founder of Central Health Chiropractic. He was born and raised right here in central Iowa in Ankeny. It was always his goal to travel the nation learning as much as possible, then bring his skills and knowledge to his home community.
After originally leaving Ankeny, he received his BA in Biology from the University of Northern Iowa. He then went to Davenport, Iowa to acquire his doctorate of chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic. While in school, he traveled the nation shadowing various doctors of chiropractic, absorbing as much knowledge as possible. After acquiring his chiropractic doctorate, he went to work as an associate doctor for Drees Family and Sport Chiropractic in Indianola. There, he perfected his craft and had the opportunity to help thousands of people in many situations with a wide variety of conditions.
Dr. Jake has extensive training in Diversified, Ghonstead, Activator and Thompson techniques. He is also one of the few Flexion Distraction practitioners in the Des Moines area. This is an extremely gentle technique focused on decompressing the spine. He has adjusted children as young as 2 weeks old, and adults up to 90 years old.
In his spare time, he likes to participate in ultimate frisbee leagues to stay in shape as well as play recreational volleyball and soccer. He also enjoys spending free time working on design projects from furniture to entire homes. Recently, he is a new pet owner to his cocker spaniel Paisley.
